Geophysical study of the entities and population components, family production as eco-biological analysis to improve the quality of life in all aspects of the regions, in order to eliminate the technical gap and create a more egalitarian world, in reveal the relationship between the observable spatial visualizations of the patterns underlying these geographical territorial distributions, and human behavior, among other scientific research studies on the regions.

The main objective of this research and development is to strengthen the capacity to reduce the impacts of environmental risk and increase the human capital of the populations, it is intended to use the processes of geographic planning and face the challenges related to environmental desertification to implement strategies on the guidelines for the adaptability to climate change towards a productive and sustainable development of the regions  Europeans

In Action

Identifying these techniques of the transformative action  of the urban ecosystem towards a territorial ordering - it would allow us to reach our plan in a precise way of qualitative and quantitative data and objectives that finally the ways in which professionals can understand the strategy and propose subprograms defining stages, choosing criteria, formulating policies and specifying the instruments that will be necessary to comply with the Plans of the Government.


Develop and prepare innovative transformative actions that may be of greater interest to researchers and reach those for motivation, focusing directly on the issue being promoted in the Territory through urban conformation practices dominated by systems of organization, towards a new sustainable development agenda in the region through the Network of Technical Cooperation Offices in the city


For this process, we intend to establish the monitoring of steps for the development of transformative projects that obey the guidelines on environmental conservation (agro-ecological), land use and terrestrial and maritime ecosystems, through a trained human development, to which they are designed the possibilities for the community of inhabitants and entrepreneurs to have options and offers in favor of educational, productive, material, recreational and cultural improvement that focuses more on the strategies developed by the local government to improve the economy and social income and security in the region

Challenges and lessons learned

• Action network: exchange / share about the work of each one and the transformative plans of the region.
• Sensitize the actors about the effects of climate change.
• Facilitate intersectoral and geopolitical dialogue.
• Action learning: multi-thematic and multidisciplinary collective framework within the regions.
• Progress activities on the plans of the cooperative regions in terms of sustainable urbanization
